Set yourself a goal for the next few months
Annual goals are often soon forgotten, so make sure you give yourself a deadline of three months. That creates much more immediate focus. It’s very easy to set goals that are difficult to achieve. Make yourself accountable
It’s easy to become caught up in the everyday production of a business. An accountability partner makes sure you keep doing all the right actions to achieve the results you need.
