This task will help you reduce customer churn, allow you to make improvements in your business if customers feel that there are issues and often create new business opportunities. This video takes you through all the right steps to maximise your chances of achieving all these results.
Your target is to design your card and send it to at least 10 clients. You should expect to receive two pieces of feedback. Most importantly, you should also design an action plan on what you will do as a result of the feedback you receive.
